We’re delighted to share some exciting updates from Mysigio Camp, nestled in the heart of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
As part of our commitment to enhancing guest comfort while staying true to our core values of environmental sustainability and community connection, we’ve recently completed a subtle but significant upgrade. Our tents now feature flush toilets and refreshed interiors, offering a touch of added ease while still maintaining the low-impact, nature-based feel that makes Mysigio so special. These improvements were carried out using locally sourced materials and crafted by artisans from the surrounding community – ensuring that every upgrade supports the people and environment we care deeply about.
We’ve also listened to your feedback and are happy to now offer two flexible ways to experience Mysigio Camp:
🌿 Exclusive-Use Option (as always):
Stay on a private, exclusive-use basis and enjoy full access to all our cultural activities – including Maasai dancing, the Olpul ceremony, and traditional Maasai beading sessions. This remains the best way to fully immerse yourself in the landscape and culture that surround the camp.
🌟 New Shared-Use Option:
For those looking for a shorter or more budget-conscious stay, we’re now offering a drastically reduced rate on a shared camp basis. This option includes accommodation and meals, and guests are welcome to add cultural activities as optional extras.
