Every year, for almost 10 years, Sentinel Outdoor Institute comes to Arusha, Tanzania to carry out very important courses. The main one being the 10 day Wilderness First Responder course. This is aimed at guides who are out in the field up the mountain or out in the bush. The courses teach valuable concepts of what to do in a medical emergency.
