GENERAL INFORMATION:
PERSONAL HISTORY
I was born and raised on slope of southern Mount Kilimanjaro 3800ft above the sea level. I now live in Arusha with my wife and child. I have chosen to be a safari guide because I love to show the beauty of my country and I am proud to guide different people, showing all the good places in my country, this makes me a good guide and also gives me the opportunity to learn many things from different people. I am intensively trained for safari guiding and have learned a lot about animals, plants and the environment in general.
SKILLS AND OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I have attended and passed courses organized by Aerie Emergency medicine (Wilderness First Responder) covering CPR and Back country first Aid. This training can be used to aid someone with medical problems in the Wilderness area.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2006-2004 Assistant Driver Guide, African Environments. My main role was to assist the trip leader because in our company we work as team. There a lot of things to do like organizing special client requests such as an Olpul ( Maasai dance) or visiting a boma. I also prepared the picnic lunch and made plans for the next day.
2003-1998 Auto Mechanic, African Environments, Arusha. I worked in the workshop garage as an Auto Mechanic for car maintenance and as an equipment pick-up driver. The car supplied food, tents and all camp stuff in to our special campsites located in the Ngorongoro Conservation, Serengeti National Park and Arusha National Park. Since all our camps use solar power, I was also responsible for maintaining the systems to all tents.
